Hello, planner friends!
You may not know this about me, but I’m a HUGE fan of sloths. They’ve really risen in popularity over the last few years, but my connection with them came primarily through the picture books I was reading with students in my classroom. They have huge illustrative potential (as Anna’s Chillin’ With My Sloths sticker kit proves) and just look so adorable!
When I was creating this layout, I really wanted to use up the left over stickers I had from the kit and I also knew I wanted a vertical layout because I tend to find that easier to use when I have a week with a lot of to-dos. (Vertical layouts work best for me, personally, when I need to make a lot of lists.)
I really loved the colours in this kit – the muted pastels are so lovely and calming, and the decorative stickers really made me smile. Once I started sticking sloths all over the page I found I just couldn’t stop and this layout is definitely one of my favourites of the year.

For me, the sloth is a symbol of slowing everything down. In a world where we’re constantly on the go, it’s a great idea to have a visual reminder of things that will help you take some time for yourself. Sloths are like that for me, and it works.
Until next time, planner friends, have a wonderful week!
